Pathway Devens, biomanufacturing solution along Rt. 2 Life Science Corridor

Pathway Devens is strategically located along the well-established Rt. 2 Life Science Corridor. It offers both speculatively constructed and fully permitted shovel ready build to suit biomanufacturing opportunities.  The site comprises five buildings totaling up to 750,000 SF and is supported by robust water, sewer, and electric infrastructure.  The site is already under construction with Building 1 slated to be ready for tenant improvements in Q4 2021.
