King Street Properties acquired 733 Concord Avenue in May 2011 with the intention of ultimately redeveloping the property. When E-Ink Corporation, the world’s largest supplier of electronic paper displays (“EPD”) to the eBook industry, including the Kindle, vacated the building in late 2014, King Street began significant base building improvements including a new architectural metal panel facade, new roof and reconfigured skylights, a dedicated 2nd tenant entrance and landscaping upgrades.

The building is now 100% leased to two tenants: WaVe Life Sciences, a company leading a revolution in nucleic acid therapeutics; and Genewiz, a leading global genomics company.
