Throughout the second half of 2020, King Street acquired a series of land parcels in Devens, MA totaling approximately 45 acres. The land was acquired with the intent of establishing the world’s first multi-tenant, purpose-built biomanufacturing campus. Upon completion, the campus will be home to 750,000 SF of newly developed biomanufacturing real estate with excellent proximity to both Rt. 2 and I-495. King Street has started construction of the first 3 buildings, totaling 388,000 SF, with completion anticipated in Q4 2022.
