Who We Are
Today, King Street Properties is the largest private owner/operator of life science real estate in the world. Headquartered in Greater Boston with 3 million square feet of life-science real estate under ownership and management and 4.5 million square feet in development, our assets reside in core research hubs including Greater Boston, New York, the Research Triangle, and the San Francisco Bay area.
We created our company to provide space solutions to companies whose missions inspire us: pharmaceutical and bio-tech firms racing to develop and manufacture lifesaving drugs, makers of medical devices and diagnostic tools, and clean tech companies harnessing renewable materials and energy sources.

Thomas Ragno Founder/Principal
Tom’s expertise in all aspects of real estate make him a market leader in real estate investment. His vision frequently unlocks value for investors and his execution maximizes returns and manages risk carefully. In addition to his investment management duties, he manages King Street’s relationships with capital providers and oversees development and asset management activities.
He is co-manager of the firm.

Stephen Lynch Principal
Steve’s daily focus is to leverage his decades-long knowledge of markets and his relationships with key market makers to maximize value for the company’s portfolio of properties through best-in-class leasing. Further, his market expertise is invaluable in sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions and in the design phase of development.
He co-manages the firm with Tom Ragno.

Robert Albro Chief Investment Officer/Partner
Rob joined King Street in 2016 with over 20 years of real estate experience. As Chief Investment Officer, he has a broad range of responsibilities including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management. He holds a B.A. in economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is also a CFA Charterholder and a LEED accredited professional.

Michael DiMinico Managing Director/Partner
Mike joined King Street in 2014 with over 15 years of development and construction management experience. As Managing Director, he is responsible for all aspects of the real estate development process, including design, permitting, marketing, leasing, financing, and construction. He holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tufts University and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Tyson Reynoso Managing Director/Partner
Tyson joined King Street in 2015 with over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. As Managing Director, Tyson has broad development management responsibilities including design, permitting, financing, construction, leasing, and asset management. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.

Andrew Moore Senior Managing Director
Andy joined King Street in 2021 and brings over 37 years of development, construction, major renovations, and asset management experience for properties throughout major U.S. cities. As Senior Managing Director, his primary focus is on all phases of development from acquisition, entitlement, construction, and through final completion and lease up. He holds an unrestricted Boston Builders License and a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.

Sonia joined King Street in 2021 with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. As Managing Director and West Region Market Leader, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s activities in the Western United States. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Chris joined King Street in 2022 and has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience. As Managing Director, Chris is responsible for the strategic asset management of the company’s existing portfolio including leasing, business plan execution, budgeting, enhancing tenant/broker relations, and direct collaboration with property management. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.

Tim joined King Street in 2021 with over 13 years of commercial real estate experience. As Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s activities in the North Carolina’s Research Triangle. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rachel joined King Street in 2022 with over 18 years of experience in marketing, including 14 years in the real estate industry. As Vice President of Marketing, she is responsible for the firm’s branding, marketing and public relations. Rachel holds in B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kevin Burns Vice President, Financial Controls
Kevin joined King Street in 2021 with over 11 years of experience in accounting and commercial real estate. As Vice President, Financial Controls, Kevin is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial reporting, as well as treasury and HR services. Kevin holds a B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Cole DiRoberto Senior Associate
Cole joined King Street in 2021 with over six years of real estate industry experience, three within commercial investment. As Senior Associate, Cole is involved in acquisitions/dispositions, development, and asset management. Before joining the team, Cole worked as an Associate on the capital markets team at HFF (acquired by JLL in July 2019) in Boston, where he focused on debt and equity placement transactions and was involved in deals totaling more than $4 billion in value.
