San Diego, CA (April 2026 ) – King Street Properties announced today that Interfacial Consultants LLC, a subsidiary of Nagase & Co., Ltd., a Wisconsin-based leader in the development of disruptive advanced materials and manufacturing process platforms, has leased a 8,775 square foot turn-key suite at Mesa Labworks in San Diego to better serve the company’s innovation-minded customers across transportation, construction, medical and consumer markets.

This laboratory is the first bio-material R&D organization in the NAGASE Group to have cutting-edge robotics and AI technology and expertise and makes it possible to dramatically decrease the amount of time needed to search for microorganisms and enzymes and carry out iterative testing.”
