The Carmichael Building offers 114,600 square feet of R&D lab space in the heart of downtown Durham.  The building was originally constructed as a warehouse and then were purposefully outfitted with life science infrastructure in order to accommodate lab needs for Duke University, which occupies 100% of the building.
