In September 2020, a joint venture partnership led by King Street Properties purchased EastRidge at Perimeter Park, a 479,000 SF flex/office & Life Science park located in the heart of the research triangle submarket in Morrisville, NC. King Street completed renovations to expand the amenities at the park including an new amenity building featuring conference space, fitness center, and gathering space. Plans are currently underway to convert portions of the existing space to life science to create an institutional quality life science campus.
