Eastridge at Perimeter Park
In September 2020, a joint venture partnership led by King Street Properties purchased EastRidge at Perimeter Park, a 479,000 SF flex/office & Life Science park located in the heart of the research triangle submarket in Morrisville, NC. King Street is currently working to convert portions of the existing space to life science to create an institutional quality life science campus.
Additionally, King Street plans are underway to expand existing amenities at the park, including improved on-site facilities and the addition of manicured outdoor common areas for tenants to enjoy. The acquisition was King Street’s first deal in North Carolina, representing a significant expansion into a new market.
