In July 2015, a joint venture partnership led by King Street Properties purchased 830 Winter Street, a 182,000 SF class-A, institutional quality lab building located in Waltham, MA. In October 2016, King Street broke ground on 828 Winter Street, the expansion of 830 Winter Street. Completed in July 2018, the three-story, 145,000 square foot laboratory building features cutting edge MEP.
