87 CambridgePark Drive is a 64,000 SF, two-story state-of-the-art laboratory facility originally constructed for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and includes mostly open office plan with development and R&D laboratories. King Street acquired the building in 2014 and completed extensive renovations to allow for multi-tenancy via a new lobby, entries, elevator, branding and amenities. After a decade of ownership and management, the property was successfully sold in 2024.
