Property Overview
117 Hospital Road is a 165,000 SF built-to-suit, state-of-the-art advanced manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. Completed in 2022, the manufacturing and office headquarters building serves as the home for Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS), a start-up energy company spun out of MIT in 2018. The facility produces large scale magnets that are critical to CFS’s production of fusion energy. Being the first phase of a multi-phase development for Commonwealth Fusion Systems, this building will ultimately be situated within a world-class science campus where groundbreaking work will be done to develop clean energy.
