The Pathway Triangle biomanufacturing campus constitutes 75 acres anticipating 978,000 RSF of life science development across six buildings. The site is situated on the 1.6 mile McCrimmon Parkway extension in Morrisville, which connects the two major thoroughfares of Aviation Parkway and Airport Boulevard. Located in the heart of the Research Triangle region, with convenient access to all major amenities and surrounding communities, the first two buildings are complete with a tenant amenity center under construction. When complete the amenity center, The Junction, will feature a cafe, lounge, conference/training room, fitness center, amphitheater lawn and outdoor putting green.
