The Landing is an approximately 503,500 SF life science development in Burlingame, CA. Upon completion, the project will contain class A laboratory space and associated office space in two buildings, connected via a public plaza. Onsite amenities will include a fitness center, conferencing facilities, a café, and flexible work areas. A King Street-led joint venture partnership is currently under construction with completion anticipated in 2025.
